Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $99 and flat-rate shipping offered on domestic orders to the contiguous 48 states.
SLAM is currently unable to offer shipping outside of the US. The use of freight-forwarding services is allowed.
Most SLAM orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Shipping costs are non-refundable as SLAM Media Inc is not liable for delivery errors due to carrier issues or incorrect / incomplete addresses used during purchase.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

- We accept returns up to 30 days after an order was fulfilled
- Sale items cannot be returned
- Holiday return policy: Orders placed within November 20 - December 20 have a 45-day return window
- We do not accept returns for orders delivered outside of the United States
- Magazines cannot be returned
- Fatheads and slides are custom-made products, and cannot be returned
- Products marked as final sale cannot be returned
- Products marked down as sale items cannot be returned
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition and packaging that they were received
- Customer is responsible for paying $5 flat-rate return shipping fee
- Shipping costs are non-refundable

- If eligible, customers can place a new order right away using a temporary voucher equal to the value of the exchanged item(s)
- We accept exchanges up to 30 days after an order was fulfilled
